"16 Working Sessions" :

There will be 16 sessions of about 45-60 minutes on the 16 topics of the HYKE work programm. These sessions will typically consist of 1-2 talks of 15-20 minutes, 1-3 talks of 10-15 minutes and a discussion.
The organizer of the session (chosen by, but not necessarily identical with the TO of the -[responsible group] ) is the contact person for participants who wish to present a talk in the session .

! The list of speakers of the 16 sessions will be posted on short hand notice !
The session organizer is supposed to give a short introduction to the topic and the sessions.

! The schedule of sessions is indicative and might be changed at short hand notice in order to optimize attendance vs. schedule !
! Suggestions to change the name of a topic and the list of sub-topics in (...) are welcome as well as shifts in responsibilities of topics between teams - the discussions after the "working session" on that topic are the ideal moment for decisions of that kind !
