Advise to speakers

Speakers are kindly asked to take into account the following :

Please adapt your talk to the very audience and the purpose of the meeting !
Please talk more about "ideas, motivations, methods and applications" than about technical details.

Please consider that this is, first and foremost, the meeting of a "training network" , so on the one hand the talks should be, in principal, understandable by any good PhD student in PDEs, on the other hand it would be nice to give a pedagocial example of how to give a talk.

In general, talks will be based on transparencies or transparencies plus blackboard (which is technically very well possible in the lecture hall !).
Use of "modern" techniques like "powerpoint" etc. is welcome - please contact the organizers in time for a test !

Material for preparing transparencies can be obtained at the registration desk !

Please avoid any "jargon" for the very specialists and avoid any technical details that only a handful of the more than 100 people in the audience can appreciate.

WARNING : The Coordinator and the Scientist-in-charge, together with the head of the training committee, might decide to turn off the microphone in case of a serious violation of the above advice for more than 5 minutes ;-)
