Nonlinear dispersive equations and systems (KdV, KP, Schrödinger,....type) are derived as asymptotic models from more complicated systems (water waves, nonlinear Maxwell,...). The dispersion is then obtained as a Taylor approximation of the original one. This limits the range of frequencies for which the model is relevant. An idea to enlarge this range is to keep the original dispersion, leading to "fully dispersive" models. Those models are less dispersive than the classical ones (and the dispersion is in general nonlocal). This opens many new interesting mathematical questions. The aim to the workshop is to make the present state of the art and to review the open issues
