How to reach the WPI from Vienna International Airport

1. Taxi: After exiting the baggage claim area, please cross the hall to exit the building (exits located between McCafé and McDonald’s or between “Dean&David” and “Schmitt&Trunk-Buch&Presse”). You will find a taxi rank in front of the exits. Our address is “Oskar-Morgenstern-Platz 1, 1090 Wien”. The tall and narrow building is the Faculty of Mathematics. The WPI is on the 8^th floor, where you can find our seminar room (08.135) and our secretariat (08.128).

2. Train: After exiting the baggage claim area, please go to your right hand side. You will see a ramp going down to the train station. There, you can take either the “CAT” (private company, pricier) or the Rex7/S7 to “Wien Mitte-Landstraße”. Once arrived, follow the signs to take the U4 subway direction “Wien Heiligenstadt” and exit at “Roßauer Lände”. Exit in the opposite direction of the ride and from there just go along the canal until the intersection. The tall and narrow building on the right is the Faculty of Mathematics. The WPI is on the 8^th floor, where you can find our seminar room (08.135) and our secretariat (08.128).
